Shower Remodels for Easy-Entry

This beautiful low-threshold shower pan and smooth, easy-to-clean cultured marble walls were the perfect upgrade for this client’s home. She chose to have two corner shampoo shelves, plus a recessed “foot shelf” for shaving her legs.

This full-bathroom remodel included a barrier-free shower pan with cultured marble surround, a collapsible water dam to keep the bathroom floor dry, a new higher toilet, pedestal sink, and (not pictured here) a urinal, a motion-activated light/fan combination unit, and grab bars.

A collapsible water dam keeps water IN the shower area, but allows for easy step-in or wheelchair access.

This handheld shower system on a slide bar makes showering easier, especially for those who need to be seated.  Note the curved shower rod, which makes the shower a bit more roomy.

This client chose to have two corner shampoo shelves, plus two recessed shelves for plenty of storage in the shower.

A variety of colors are available to suit your space. This family chose a complementary green shade for the surround, and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures. The grab bars were placed in the locations of their choosing, and the barrier-free shower pan allows easy wheelchair access. Pictured here, a bidet toilet seat is another feature that can ease the care of your loved one.

A beautiful example of modern fixtures in this easy-entry shower!
